I want our time together to be nothing short of amazing! In order for me to feel comfortable, I need to properly screen every person I visit. A screening form is my preferred method and I will feel the most comfortable with you if you submit a screening form. You can alternatively email ALL of the information requested on my screening form, if you wish to not send it through my site.

Alternatively, I have 3 other methods you can choose from.

Please note that I won't prioritize those who choose from these methods. If you aren't willing to ensure my comfort regarding screening, I most likely won't consider seeing you.

#1. Send me a message on P411 including your full legal name and cell phone number (registered to your name.)

#2 Provide all 3 of the following:

~ Full LEGAL name.

~ Cell phone # (No burner phones, must be registered to your name).

~ TWO REPUTABLE provider refernces (no agencies.) I view reputable as a lady who has a searchable online presence. I should easily be able to find ads, websites, social media etc associated with their info. You must include their info (ie website, email, Twitter etc.)

#3 Provide all 3 of the following:

~ Full LEGAL name

~ Cell phone # (again, no burner phones).

~ Full work info. In order to use this method you MUST have a strong online presence (ie appear on a company website.) Please ensure you send links to prove your employment (I work as a business dude at xyz company, isn't going to cut it.)

I understand the need for discretion, rest assured that your information will be handled in a professional manner. All forms are permanently deleted once screening is complete. My website is hosted offshore so all of your info will be safe!

I own my own email domain for the same reason - everything is fully encrypted and safe. Below are two additional emails that I can be reached at if you prefer not to use Gmail:

My screening involves providing a registered phone number. I will contact you on this phone at a pre-arranged time (the day of our appointment.) This is a non-negotiable part of screening.

If you aren't willing to comply with any part of my screening, please do not waste my time (and yours) by contacting me.

To be clear - I will NEVER contact you via phone without your consent. I respect that everyone has a personal life. All of my communications (email, text and otherwise) I try to be as discreet as possible.

Once we establish a connection, I'm happy to contact you on what ever phone number you prefer (texting app numbers included).

I do have a phone number, which I will be contacting you with the day of our date (at a pre-discussed time, of course!)

Unfortunately, too many people didn't respect my guidelines for texting so I no longer post my number publicly.

I give my number to those who have passed my screening and have a confirmed date. I'm always happy to text prior to meeting, should you have any questions (or even just a quick hello!)

As always, I will NEVER text or call with out your permission. I understand everyone has a personal life and am very respectful of your privacy :)

The more notice you give me the better; advanced pre-booking is highly recommended to ensure you get the time slot you're seeking. I don't take "last minute" bookings (requesting an appointment for the same day.)

The only time I will accept same day requests is if we've already met. If my schedule allows, there is a surcharge of double my rate for new clients.

Note that when I'm touring, it's best to book as far in advance as possible. I only see a limited amount of gentlemen while I travel so it's best to book early while I have openings.

I only accept same day requests from existing friends.

For new clients, the surcharge is double my rate for the time booked. This is due to the inconvenience same day requests impose. I still have a 6 hour minimum notice to allow me to complete screening and get ready.

I will ask for a deposit upfront BEFORE SCREENING in order to ensure my time isn't wasted. If you do not pass screening, your deposit will be returned.

Please note that my schedule RARELY allows a same day request. I kindly ask you give as much notice as possible to ensure I can see you at the time/date requested.

Whether you're requesting an appointment in the next few days or weeks from now, I always do my best to get you set to book asap. When you submit your screening I'll receive your form instantaneously.

If you sent the proper info for me to be able to screen you, I will send an email letting you know I have it and that I'm working on getting you verified. Those who send a screening form without enough info to screen or have issues arise in preliminary screening won't get a response.

No need to check back after this, if I don't respond or follow up to schedule it means I'm not comfortable seeing you.

I pride myself on being professional and meticulous with everyone who contacts me. I can assure you, if you've sent screening or an email I've most definitely received it.

Even if you send proper screening - I may feel we aren't a good match or may come across something in the preliminary screening that made me uncomfortable.

Once I've confirmed our appointment via email (saying I've got you down for X time and date), you can rest assured you're on my schedule. I take pride in being professional in all aspects of my life, no need to worry I'll forget or "flake." I will always respect your time and expect the same in return.

The day of our appointment:

I will email you confirming details (time/location.) I will then text a bit prior to let you know I'm on my way, or to provide location details if you're coming to me.

You can always feel free to text or email in the mean time, should you have any questions.

I do appreciate a gentleman who wants to plan in advance, always feel free to submit screening as early as you can :)

However, if you don't have a set date in mind (ie send screening then contact me in the future when you're ready to book a specific date and time) please do not send screening.

Understand it takes time for me to screen, if you aren't ready to set up something concrete it could ultimatley be a waste of my time.

I will note that booking as far as possible in advance is strongly suggested while I'm on tour. I'm typically only in town for a couple of days, making my availability very limited.

I strongly suggest booking early for my tours due to my hectic schedule and limited availability. I don't have a specific tour schedule or visit certain cities frequently.

If you miss me while on tour, please DO NOT reach out asking when I'll be back.

I'm very open minded and happy to spend our time together any where you'd like!

However, for bookings over 2 hours I request half of the time be spent outside of the bedroom.

I have a wide variety of interests and am always open to new ideas too!

I enjoy the the theater (Ballet, Opera, Broadway) as well as Museums.

Feeling like hitting the town? Comedy, Jazz or Strip clubs are good options!

Want to do some good old fashioned spoiling? Shopping and a Spa date is perfect ;)

This site is slowly becoming obsolete IMO. I personally don't view it as a reliable sole source in order to feel safe during our time together.

Although I will accept it in lieu of references, I do prefer that you still submit a screening form on my site.

If you don't want to send a full screening form, at minimum I'll need your full legal name and phone number (no "burner" or "hobby" phones or texting apps) in addition to your P411 info to complete screening.

If you want to remain completely anonymous that's ok, but please understand that I'm not the provider for you.

If you have references that's great! If it's been a long time since you've visited a provider or you've never visited a provider that's ok too.

Please note that it limits your options for screening. If you don't have any recent references I ask you submit a screening form through my website. I'll need full VERIFIABLE work info.

Please note I don't accept references from ladies you've seen more than 1 year ago. I also will only accept REPUTABLE providers as references (NO AGENCIES.)

I'm usually able to get enough info through screening so that I don't feel the need to see ID.

However, I do reserve the right to ask to see some form of identification if something isn't adding up with screening.

If I do ask for ID, this is done in person when we meet. I take a quick look to verify your name matches what you provided.

Please note I don't accept pictures of ID's. If I request to see ID, it will be done in person.

I provide incall at hotels. Being a low volume provider, it doesn't make sense financially to keep a seperate in call location while I'm home. I only book high-end (3-4 star) hotels to ensure your comfort, and mine! Please note that due to the increase in hotel prices, I ask for a $200 deposit for all in calls while I'm home (ie NOT on tour.) This will go towards the booking of the hotel. I'm happy to book a hotel in the neighborhood that's most convenient for you (ie midtown, LES, UWS etc.)

Once I'm comfortable with someone (ie after we've met SEVERAL times and have established trust) I'm happy to host from my apartment in Philly if you prefer :)

Of course! I bring everything you could need to freshen up (soap, body wash, deodorant, mouth wash, gum) so you can leave stress and worry free.

I ask ALL VISITORS to take a quick shower when you arrive and you're always more than welcome to freshen up before you leave.

I've personally never been a fan of reviews. I like for our time to be personal and intimate, not spelled out in explicit detail for anyone to read.

Before TER was shut down, I understood that reviews helped regarding vailidty of a companion. It often reassured gents that I'm "real." This is why I allowed some reviews.

Generally, I don't ask for deposits while I'm home (PA/NY/CT.)

I do however, reserve the right to ask for a deposit of my choice to secure an appointment. I don't have a set percentage guideline for deposits. I do on a case by case basis depending on the risk (cancellation/flaking etc.) Typically in the $200 - 300 range. This will of course go towards the donation for our meeting.

I always ask for a (minimum) $100 deposit for any booking while I'm on tour.

If I do ask for a deposit, it can be sent via Venmo, Cash app or bitcoin only.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable with the exception of the TWO situations below:

1. I end up needing to cancel our date (something I've never done!)

2. If I change my tour schedule and am unable to accommodate another day/time that works for you.

If you do something to make me uncomfortable AFTER your appointment is confirmed (ie completed screening, set a date and sent deposit) that causes me to cancel your appointment - your deposit WILL NOT be refunded.

I understand events can occur that make cancellation inevitable. I kindly ask for a 72 hour notice (3 days prior to scheduled date) with cancellations.

Understand that when you book an appointment with me, I turn down other appointment requests. I respect your time and never over book or "double book" myself.

If you cancel in 24 hours or less it causes me to lose money. Being as such, I require 100% of the time booked if canceled within 24 hours or less.

Canceling within 48 hours of scheduled appointment 50% of the time booked is required.

Payments can be sent via cashapp, venmo or Bitcoin. I also accept gift cards to retailers mentioned on my wishlist.
