Please give as much info as possible. The more info I have for screening, the more comfortable I'll feel with you :)

Please list your FIRST and LAST name (LEGAL NAME).

The phone number you give me has to be an actual phone number registered to your name or business (no google voice/texting app numbers). 

I will NEVER call or text unless you ask me to, I always email first. 

Please note that I will contact you on the phone prior to our meeting, this will be discussed prior and I will do so at a specific pre-arranged time.

No exceptions are made for screening! If you can't provide what I ask then I won't feel comfortable seeing you.

Please note my website is hosted off-shore and all info given is automatically deleted within a week, or as soon as I press the delete button. Discretion and professionalism are my top priority.

Kindly note I don't do "pre-screenings" for tentative appointments (ie screen me now and I'll let you know when I can meet in the future.) I'll only screen if you send exact dates you're able to meet. You can send a few options if you're flexible and am always happy to screen for a future date (I appreciate planning ahead, anticipation makes things more fun ;)
